I would start off with I’m sorry for not posting, but I don’t want to start a post off in a sad tone, especially not this one as because I want to introduce a topic I’m practically bouncing up and down abou—no I’m too lazy…would be bouncing up and down about….  FOOOOOD!! I’ve never been one to limit my giganta-normous-ormous (….yes auto correct add that to personal dictionary) palate, but I’ve been experimenting with creations that are super healthy and lemme tell you I can show you the world.

So here’s the first glance at one of my favorite breakfasts plans for a bright spring day…spent on the couch of course.


1 banana (frozen the night before would be even more delicious!)

1 teaspoon cacao or cocoa powder (cacao will need more sweetener)

2 teaspoons melted coconut butter

1 teaspoon honey

1/2-1 teaspoon chia seed


Step 1: Add the cocoa powder, honey, and chia seed to the small bowl in which you melted the coconut butter for 45 seconds and stir!!

Step 2: Get  fork, coat banana or other fruit with the chocolate, ingest, repeat.

Step 3: Mind blown.


Why is it good for you??
